I feel one more post coming on about "behaving as if," but I promise to be very economical with my words, ie I'll keep it short(er). Thanks for taking the time to read these ultralong posts and help me hash things out in such a public way. I don't think you need to be economical with your words. It's your blog! Besides, I enjoy the way you write and you have good things to say. So don't edit yourself, that's my two cents.
Hi Amy, This is totally off the subject, but since Jill termed you "Book Club Amy" I thought I might see if I could tap into your book club expertise. I am just joining a book club my ward started up. They're reading The Peacemaker. I haven't been to a meeting yet, and I'm just wondering how they tend to work. Do you just go around the room and share ideas/thoughts about the book? I'm curious as I'm just sitting down to read this book this week and have not been in the habit of taking notes etc on my books recently. Anyhow, I love to read and am anxious to get back into it more. So, if you have a couple thoughts, let me know. It seems like probably an obvious and dumb question, but if there is an etiquette or concept behind Book Clubbing I'd love to be in the know. Thanks! Laurie
